Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates vision, policies and procedures, goals, assess strengths and weaknesses of employees, and makes recommendations for changes to improve performance.
• Supervises all facets of office operations including office management, implementation of procedures, records management, collection and reporting of stats and data.
• Assists in developing and implementing office policies; creates procedures, forms, and manuals; trains staff on new systems.
• Manages inventory and supplies; monitors expenditures; assists in AP processing and budget preparation.
• Prepares, monitors, and maintains departmental records and reports.
• Plans, coordinates, and provides administrative activities including answering telephones, scheduling meetings, confidential correspondence, attending meetings and taking minutes.
• Completes assigned goals.
