Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an office setting.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinic environment.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Communicates vision, policies and procedures, goals, assess strengths and weaknesses of employees, and makes recommendations for changes to improve performance.
• Supervises all facets of office operations including office management, implementation of procedures, records management, collection and reporting of stats and data.
• Assist the Director in the development and implementation of policies within the office. Develops operation procedures, forms, and systems. Prepares manuals describing procedures and provides training to implement changes or to introduce new systems.
• Manages and maintains control and distribution of inventory, monitors expenditures through accounts payable review, and assists in preparing and maintaining the office budget.
• Prepares, monitors, and maintains departmental records and reports.
• Plans, coordinates, and provides administrative activities including answering phones, scheduling meetings, confidential correspondence, attending meetings and taking minutes.
• Completes assigned goals.
