Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an approved medical school.
• Current full and unrestricted medical license in the US.
• Residency in an accredited program with board certification eligibility.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty preferred for faculty status.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Prior leadership experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, clinical, and programmatic leadership for PMR service.
• Oversee management of clinical and administrative operations.
• Guide and support research and education programs within PMR.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and VA regulations.
• Supervise staff including physicians, NPs, rehab and support personnel.
• Collaborate with Health System leadership to achieve goals.
• Support credentialing, privileging, and human resources processes.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and safety standards.
