Kiawah Island Club is seeking passionate line cooks for the Cassique clubhouse dinner service. Work in a two-venue setting with open-fire cooking and premium ingredients under the guidance of Executive Chef Michael O'Shaughnessy.

Positions start at $21/hour for less-experienced candidates and go up to $28/hour for seasoned professionals with fine-dining or club experience. Benefits include gym, health and disability coverage, 401k with match, paid time off, staff meals, and more.

We are hiring passionate and professional line cooks for the dinner shift at the Cassique clubhouse, part of the Kiawah Island Club.

Cassique has two dining venues, as well as unique culinary events featuring live open fire cooking. At Voysey's, our fine dining steak centric concept features in-house dry aged Prime steaks on our custom wood fire grill as well as local seafood and handmade pastas. In the Living room, our polished bar venue, house ground Prime burgers are served alongside of beautifully composed entrees.

This position starts at $21/hour for lightly experienced candidates and up to $28/hour for seasoned candidates with a history in fine dining restaurants and/or clubs.

Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
