Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Embassy Suites Cary is hiring a Full-time Line Cook for the PM shift. You will prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation for both restaurant and banquet operations.

Requirements include an Active Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain it soon after hire), flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Team-focused, energetic attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment.
• Recreate dishes with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet operations.
• Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures.
• Help minimize food waste and ensure the quality of all ingredients used.
