Role Description

The PM Line Cook is a full-time, on-site role located in Naples, FL, responsible for preparing and cooking menu items during evening service in accordance with NSYC’s quality and presentation standards. This role includes setting up and stocking stations, executing orders consistently and efficiently, and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service. The PM Line Cook maintains a clean, organized work area, follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines, and assists with closing duties such as breakdown, storage, and cleaning. The role also involves supporting special events, adapting to changing menus, and collaborating with culinary leadership to deliver an excellent dining experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in expediting and working as an expeditor to coordinate timely, accurate order flow between kitchen and service staff.
• Skills in project management and logistics management to organize prep, station setup, and service timing efficiently.
• Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control to ensure food safety, proper cooking standards, and consistent plating.
• Prior line cook or similar kitchen experience in a restaurant, club, or hospitality environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by club operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen equipment use; ServSafe or similar certification preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a hot, busy kitchen.
