Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 8+ years experience; MS with 6+ years acceptable.
• Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance at time of application.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PM&P design discipline for large defense programs.
• Oversee electrical PM&P life cycle: cables, connectors, PCBs, enclosures, thermal interface materials.
• Develop PM&P plans covering design to sustainment.
• Provide SME during design reviews on material selection and manufacturability.
• Manage supplier relationships to meet tech, schedule, and security requirements.
• Chair the PM&P Control Board and present to customers and senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate cost/schedule risks; integrate Earned Value forecasts.
• Contribute to proposals with accurate cost and technical input.
• Mentor junior engineers in PM&P best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve part/material challenges.
