Belmark Inc. in De Pere, WI is hiring a Laminator Operator for the PM shift. You will operate a solventless laminator, follow SOPs, maintain quality and efficiency, and work 12-hour shifts with a 3-on/4-off schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
• Regular attendance and overtime may be required.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, decimals and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Utilize PPE and safety procedures while operating the laminator.
• Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to standards.
• Ensure adhesive weight and appearance; maintain adhesives.
• Set up sleeves, tensions, machine alignment and settings.
• Web and clean the laminator; install sleeves and rollers.
• Install shafts in the turrets.
