Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
• Demonstrated stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by following all protocols while assisting in machine operations.
• Prepare and manage printed rolls for unwinds and back stock rolls for secondary unwind.
• Execute accurate roll placement and prepare materials for splicing operations on both unwinds.
• Support the Laminator Operator to achieve production goals through teamwork and communication.
• Monitor and maintain adhesive and wet materials levels for production needs.
• Weigh startup rolls at job start and document weights accurately.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of NIP rolls during setup/downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment according to company standards.
• Assist in maximizing changeover effectiveness with the Laminator Operator.
