Job summary

Belmark Inc in De Pere, WI is seeking a dependable Specialty Finishing Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate high-speed converting assets, ensure product quality, follow safety and food safety guidelines, and prepare cases for palletization.

Strong attendance and basic math are required; lifting up to 100 pounds may be needed. We value reliability, ability to read English, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to two (2) years of high school or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow English communication.
• Regular attendance is required; overtime may be required.
• Must be able to use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.
• Visual acuity and color/registration identification.
• Physical ability to operate machines for most of the time, with some bending.
• May lift up to 100 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and food safety requirements.
• Maintain superior attendance.
• Set up and operate multiple high-speed converting assets.
• Case packing finished product and labeling.
• Ensure product quality attributes are met during converting process.
• Stage raw materials and perform quality tests.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
