Ben & Jerry’s Waterbury, VT is hiring a Production Worker for the PM shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am, 2/2/3 pattern). This full‑time role supports ice cream production, operates equipment, sets up flavor changeovers, manages quality and downtime, and uses automated systems to monitor processes and safety on the floor.

You must lift up to 50 lbs, read product specs, use PPE, and handle cleaning chemicals. Basic computer skills, LOTO understanding, troubleshooting, CIP tasks, and training others are part

Qualifications

• PPE usage and safety practices to protect self and others.
• Ability to read and interpret product specifications.
• Basic computer/terminal use for process monitoring.
• Troubleshooting equipment and quality issues on the line.
• Ability to create and deliver training related to positions.
• Commitment to safety and clean, compliant operations.
• Familiarity with CIP (clean-in-place) processes.
• Understanding of LOTO (lockout/tagout) procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform ice cream production on PM shift; operate and monitor equipment.
• Set up equipment and manage flavor changeovers.
• Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency with a focus on downtime reduction.
• Use automated systems to track quality, efficiency and downtime.
• Troubleshoot and fix equipment or process issues as they arise.
• Keep the production area clean and sanitized.
• Lead projects and document results; support team members on the line.
