Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead healthcare and higher education construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications, ensuring projects stay on track and align with quality standards.

Job Description

• Lead healthcare and higher education construction projects from preconstruction through successful closeout.
• Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications.
• Work closely with internal and field teams to keep projects on track and deliver a high-quality finished product.
• Oversee project documentation, cost control, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop strong client relationships while supporting opportunities for continued business growth.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
• Experience managing healthcare, higher education, or other institutional construction projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Sage 300, Timberline, or similar construction software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently lead project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
