We are looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor that is responsible for the oversight and management of daily fulfillment operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders, while optimizing inventory and resources. This role requires a hands-on approach to leading the fulfillment team, refining workflows, and maintaining high operational efficiency within a dynamic environment.

Fulfillment Supervisor Job Overview

The Fulfillment Supervisor will oversee the PM Fuflillment Shift and manage the daily operations to ensure the efficient flow of goods from our production kitchen to various fulfillment centers across the Northeast. Acting as the key liaison, the supervisor ensures that all orders prepared in the kitchen are delivered on time with 100% accuracy to all of our members.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of associates, providing guidance and hands-on coaching.
• Identify and implement process improvements using feedback from Members and other locations.
• Maintain high standards in order accuracy, packaging, and shipping through regular quality checks.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Distribution teams to streamline operations.
• Pick, pack, and securely store food for delivery; assist with warehouse organization.
• Flex into various roles as needed-packing, labeling, delivery support, and cleaning.
• Operate a 26-ft+ box truck safely as necessary for regional deliveries.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for up to 10 hours.

• Ability to work in a cold environment (walk-in coolers/freezers).

• Saturday to Tuesday, 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
