Job summary
The Westin Tempe, operated by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a full-time PM Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering operations on the 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM shift, including weekends and holidays. The role focuses on supervising electrical, mechanical and architectural systems, maintaining safety, and delivering exceptional guest service.
You will work closely with hotel leadership to meet maintenance goals, manage staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards while supporting
Qualifications
- Must communicate in English and work with guests and colleagues.
- Strong managerial and leadership capabilities for coordinating maintenance operations.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and contract/vendor management.
- Ability to solve problems under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate installation and repairs of electrical, mechanical and architectural systems.
- Monitor day-to-day operations with GM and Director of Operations to ensure brand standards.
- Lead and mentor maintenance staff, cover for other supervisors as needed.
