Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a FT - PM Engineering Supervisor for The Westin Tempe. Join our Engineering Team to ensure safe, reliable hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

The PM shift runs 2pm–10:30pm, including weekends/holidays, with responsibilities spanning electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems. Coordinate with the General Manager and Director of Operations to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests and be a team player.
• Requires managerial skill for coordinating large scale work projects.
• Advanced budgeting and forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation and repairs of electrical, mechanical and architectural systems throughout the hotel.
• Monitor day-to-day operations with GM and Director of Operations, ensuring brand and standards compliance.
• Lead and develop the engineering team to deliver safe, efficient hotel operations.
