Project Manager responsible for leadingenergy and cogeneration projectswithin a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Manatí, Puerto Rico. The role will oversee project execution from planning and design through construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable pharmaceutical, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Lead cogeneration, energy generation, and utility infrastructure projects within a pharmaceutical facility.
Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and execution plans.
Coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning, and startup activities.
Manage internal stakeholders, contractors, engineering firms, and equipment vendors.
Monitor CAPEX, project costs, change orders, and budget performance.
Coordinate projects involving power generation, electrical systems, utilities, and energy infrastructure.
Ensure project execution aligns with pharmaceutical manufacturing, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
