Job summary

Legalpmpartners in Manatí, Puerto Rico, seeks a Project Manager to lead energy, cogeneration, and utility projects within a pharmaceutical facility. You will guide execution from planning and design through construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in energy or industrial infrastructure, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of PM experience in energy/utilities or industrial infrastructure.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects from design through startup.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead cogeneration, energy generation, and utility projects within a pharmaceutical facility.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and execution plans.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Manage internal stakeholders, contractors, engineering firms, and vendors.
• Monitor CAPEX, project costs, change orders, and budget performance.
• Lead project documentation, status reporting, change management, and closeout.
• Support commissioning, startup, and operational readiness of energy systems.
