Job summary

MCS Grill is seeking a reliable dishwasher to join our Hawaii kitchen team. You will wash dishes, pots and utensils, using a high-temperature machine or by hand, ensuring clean, sanitized wares for service.

You will maintain an organized station, sort and store clean items, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly during lunch and dinner shifts. Part-time hours include lunch and dinner slots with occasional extra shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning & sanitizing: Washing dishes, pots, pans & utensils using a high temperature dish machine or by hand
• Station Maintenance: Keeping your station organized & clean throughout your shift
• Organization & storage: Sorting & storing clean items in their designated spots

Must be clean & have a good attitude and able to work efficiently in a face-paced environment. Part time position available. We are open Monday - Friday 10:30am-2:30pm (LUNCH) 4:30-8:30pm (DINNER). PM shift starts at 5pm to closing.
