FRATELLINOS ITALIAN RESTAURANT is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to join our team. You will load the dishwasher with dirty dishes, unload clean items, and perform general cleaning tasks as directed by the manager.

The role emphasizes reliability and a strong work ethic, with availability after 4:30 pm and on weekends for cash tips. duties include removing food, pre-rinsing, loading, unloading, sweeping, mopping, and monitoring cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

• Remove food from plates and classify waist separating organic.
• Pre Rinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
• Unload dishwasher and put items away in proper areas
• Sweep and mop floors and leave the dishwashing area clean.
• Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Participate in team meetings
• Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned

Job Summary
