Opal Collection in Naples, FL is seeking a part-time PM/Dining Server to join our service team and help deliver excellent, fine-dining experiences from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM with on-call banquet potential.

Qualified applicants speak English (bilingual a plus); prior hospitality experience is helpful, and courteous phone skills to take messages are valued. We value professionalism, clean appearance, and reliable scheduling for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience is a plus.
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Deliver attentive dining service per fine dining SOPs and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparations, garnishes, and beverage pairings.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond quickly to requests for an exceptional experience.
• Complete opening side work to prepare the dining area for each shift.
• Perform closing side work and keep service areas clean and organized for the next shift.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a polished appearance, proper hygiene, and pressed uniform.
• Report to work on time and clock in after preparation is complete.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining rooms, patios, and service areas.
• Follow company policies and service standards.
• Maintain flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service team for smooth operations.

We are looking to add a PM/ Dining Server to our team. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized, and attentive dining service in accordance with fine dining standards and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, presentations, garnishes, and beverage pairings.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Complete all assigned opening side work to ensure the dining room and service stations are properly prepared for each shift.
• Perform all closing side work and ensure service areas are clean, organized, and ready for the next shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food and beverage handling procedures.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance, including proper personal hygiene, grooming, and a clean, pressed uniform.
• Report to work on time and clock in only after being fully dressed and ready to begin the shift.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all dining room, patio, and service areas.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other assigned shifts.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and fellow service team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
