Job summary

Hireology is seeking AM Servers to join our team in New Castle, NH. This role offers full-time or part-time hours with a focus on delivering friendly, efficient service and maintaining high standards of hospitality. You will work within SOPs, greet guests, and ensure a positive dining experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Courteous phone skills and ability to take accurate messages are required or preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional, friendly tone.
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following SOPs.
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Complete opening side work to prepare for the shift.
• Complete closing side work at end of shift.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Have full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.
• Be punctual when reporting to work and clocking in.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and patio areas.

AM Server responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
