Job summary

Great Western Dining Service in Dodge City is seeking a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen. The role requires following instructions, multitasking, and using a variety of ingredients and techniques.

You will set up stations, prep ingredients, portion and cook for meals and events, dress dishes for presentation, and maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen while adhering to HACCP and safety policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.

Great Western Dining Service at our Dodge City Community College location is looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals.. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is important.

Responsibilities:

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
