Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in California is seeking a production-focused team member to ensure curd table readiness and product compliance before whey drainage. You will monitor pH, assist with CIP, and support operators while adhering to GMP, HACCP, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining 5S standards, documentation, and participation in safety programs. Valid basic math skills and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have basic math experience.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must participate in the safety observation program.
• Must follow GMP and HACCP programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor curd pH's and ingredients.
• Add salt to tables.
• Perform CIP on tables as needed.
• Relieve cooker/molder operator as needed.
• Assist with changing RMC molds.
• Submit samples for lab testing.
• Assist CIP crews in tear downs of the curd tables.
• Clean the Curd Augers.
• Maintain work area up to 5S standards.
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to DFA GMP and quality policies.
• Attend required safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF training.
• Monitor critical control points for HACCP plan.
• Ensure documentation is completed promptly.
