AA Healthcare Management in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with the resident's care plan. The role emphasizes resident-centered care and teamwork across facility disciplines.

The ideal candidate holds a current Wisconsin CNA certification and can perform mobility, bathing, grooming, dining assistance, and end-of-life care while maintaining infection control and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Positioning, Moving, and Restorative Care.
• Mobility, Toileting, and Bathing.
• Grooming: Oral, Shaving and Nail Care.
• Dining Assistance.
• Dressing and Undressing.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Nutrition and Elimination.
• Comfort care and End of Life Care.
• Answer call lights timely and promptly.
• Report all changes in the resident's condition to your assigned nurse as soon as possible.
• Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift when they occur.
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.
• Be a team player working in coordination with all disciplines in the facility.
