Job summary

ARIA at Villa Pines in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with residents' plans and care directives. You will assist residents with activities of daily living and collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered support.

• Mobility, Toileting, and Bathing.
• Grooming: Oral, Shaving and Nail Care.
• Dining Assistance.
• Dressing and Undressing.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Nutrition and Elimination.
• Comfort care and End of Life Care.
• Answer call lights timely and promptly.
• Report all changes in the resident's condition to your assigned nurse as soon as possible.
• Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift when they occur.
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.
• Be a team player working in coordination with all disciplines in the facility.
