Job summary

Freedom Home Care LLC in San Bernardino is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home senior care with flexible shifts and a supportive team in a familiar home setting.

You will assist with personal care, meals, medication reminders, companionship, and light exercise while maintaining dignity, privacy, and safety for clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred—heart matters most.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Dignity – Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care – Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
• Medication & Wellness – Provide timely reminders and track basic health cues.
• Active Companionship – Chat, play games, take walks, and accompany clients on errands or appointments.
• Light Exercise Support – Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
