Summit Hospitality Group LTD. is seeking a PM Bistro Bartender/Attendant to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott. The role involves taking guest orders, inputting into the POS, and assisting with food and beverage prep on the PM shift.

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player with a positive attitude, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced hotel environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with training provided and opportunities to earn tips.

About Us:

Our company is looking for a PM Bistro Bartender/ Attendant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to our internal and external guests. The Bistro is a small, fast-casual restaurant, and we are looking for an Attendant to help with the food and beverage preparation on the PM shift. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player who wants to play a role in bringing customers to the Courtyard by Marriott

• Cash register experience or similar role is preferred.

• Open to cross train on AM Shift is available.

Compensation

• 14.00/hr. plus Tips - Full-time (5 days/week) with no schedule limitations.
• Paid training provided.
• Work Schedule:
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts when business demands.
• Work requires standing for extended periods - Flexibility is a must - hospitality never sleeps! All requests are considered but during peak season we require all hands-on deck. Physical Requirements: Other Work Requirements:
• Standing and walking much of the time.
• Be able to reach, bend, and stoop.
• Ability to push/pull 25 pounds.
• Ability work under pressure.
• Ability think critically and quickly on your feet.
