Summit Hospitality Group, Ltd is hiring a PM Bistro Bartender/Attendant to assist with food and beverage prep during the PM shift. The role focuses on serving guests, maintaining a clean station, and delivering timely service with attention to customer needs.

The ideal candidate is a team player who can multitask, communicate well, and adhere to all beverage regulations. This position offers full-time hours with scheduled shifts and opportunities for tips.

Responsabilités

• Take guest food and beverage orders and input them in the POS system.
• Prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customer specs.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Know the menu, promotions and specials.
• Retrieve and deliver orders promptly to guests.
• Keep serving station well-stocked at all times.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per regulations.
• Maintain guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Keep the work area clean and organized; clean kitchen equipment.

Description

About Us: Our company is looking for a PM Bistro Bartender/ Attendant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to our internal and external guests. The Bistro is a small, fast-casual restaurant, and we are looking for an Attendant to help with the food and beverage preparation on the PM shift. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player who wants to play a role in bringing customers to the Courtyard by Marriott Job Description:

• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system;
• Prepare food and beverages according to recipes, procedures, and customer specifications
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials;
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner;
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times;
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations;
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Clean and maintain service areas and kitchen equipment.

Compensation

14.00/hr. plus Tips - Full-time (5 days/week) with no schedule limitations. Paid training provided.

Work Schedule

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts when business demands. Work requires standing for extended periods. Flexibility is a must - hospitality never sleeps! All requests are considered but during peak season we require all hands-on deck.
