Summit Hospitality Group, Ltd. is seeking a PM Bistro Bartender/Attendant for the Courtyard by Marriott. The role involves taking guest orders, inputting them into the POS, and preparing food and beverages according to recipes and guest specs.

You will respond quickly to guest requests, promote menu items, and maintain a clean station. The position requires weekend and varying shifts. Ideal candidates are caring, team-oriented with strong communication and multitasking abilities, and must have

Responsabilidades

• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in the POS system.
• Prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customer specifications.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Know menu items, promotions and specials; inform guests accordingly.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Keep serving station well-stocked.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per regulations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and service areas.
