Job summary

Beverage South in Albany, GA is seeking a PM Production Supervisor to lead a team of 10-15 load crewmembers, ensuring safe, efficient loading for deliveries and performing maintenance tasks as required.

The role requires 1-3 years of management experience in beverages or a related field, with strong communication, organizational and safety skills. You will help enforce warehouse standards and drive productivity while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in beverage or related field.
• Capable of supervising and training staff and communicating effectively.
• Strong organizational, time management and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage safe, efficient and accurate loading of all delivery vehicles.
• Oversee warehouse tasks: receiving, storage, order fulfillment and cleanliness.
• Enforce Beverage South warehouse standard practices and safety rules (OSHA/local).
• Support achievement of productivity targets to meet timelines and budgets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy using WMS and manual methods; monitor shrink and location accuracy.
• Interface professionally with customers, carriers and contractors to satisfy needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual management of the work space.
• Inspect facility and equipment and escalate issues as needed.
