Job summary

Too Sweet Cakes Llc in Paradise Valley, AZ is hiring a PM Shift Lead for our new Paradise Valley location opening late 2026. You will lead the Barista team, own your shift from start to finish, and help set the standard for service and teamwork as we prepare for opening.

As Shift Lead, you will be the second-in-command on the floor, guiding the team, making real-time decisions, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience while maintaining brand standards and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in coffee, food service, retail, or hospitality with lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead a shift and manage a team.
• Strong communication with guests and team.
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain AZ Title 4 Alcohol Certification.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Opening training and onboarding prior to opening.
• Lead Barista team, assign tasks, monitor traffic.
• Open/close with shift ownership and daily shift reports to GM.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle escalations.
• Maintain café standards and product knowledge.
