Job summary

Too Sweet Cakes Llc is hiring Baristas for our upcoming Paradise Valley location, opening late 2026. Training starts now as we build a team that delivers thoughtful service and an elevated guest experience from day one.

You will prepare beverages, educate guests about our products, and help create a welcoming environment. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow as the new cafe launches.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee, food service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment preferred.
• Specialty coffee experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to obtain Arizona Title 4 Basic Alcohol Certification prior to serving alcohol; guidance provided before opening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greeting guests warmly.
• Prepare beverages and educate customers about products.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and assist with store setup and operations.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash, and support inventory tasks.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
