Job summary

Auro Hotels Management is seeking energetic PM Banquet Servers for AC Hotel by Marriott Greenville Downtown to support busy banquets and events. This role focuses on delivering exceptional food and beverage service, keeping areas clean, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include reading banquet orders, knowing menu items, assisting with setup and breakdown, and enforcing hotel policies. English fluency is required. High school diploma or GED is required.

• Must read, write, understand and speak English.
• Experience in banquet/catering is a plus.

• Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness before, during, and after each shift.
• Read and interpret a Banquet Event Order; answer guest questions and assist beyond expectations.
• Know the menu for each function and explain major ingredients and preparation methods.
• Assist managers and captains in setting up and breaking down functions while enforcing policies.
• Extend courtesy and goodwill to guests to make events memorable.

The purpose of a Banquet Server is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation for food and beverage service. Experience/Education

High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
