Job summary

Project for Pride in Living, Inc. is seeking a Plus Program Manager to lead and enhance Hennepin County's Plus Program across multiple sites.

You will coordinate enrollment, strengthen school and county partnerships, and oversee staff development, data reporting, and compliance to deliver high-quality services to county-involved youth. The role focuses on collaboration with schools, community organizations, and county stakeholders, ensuring effective resource management and program oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five or more years of experience working with youth ages 14-24 who face barriers to educational and employment success.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner initiatives with schools, county agencies, and community organizations.
• Experience developing staff, facilitating trainings, and providing technical assistance.
• Experience using data to evaluate outcomes and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead referral, enrollment, and intake processes for youth and families.
• Coordinate enrollment and transitions across partner sites.
• Maintain community resource networks to connect participants with services.
• Monitor program outcomes, ensure data quality and compliance, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate evaluation activities with partners and support program planning.
