Job summary

Cabinet IQ is recruiting a highly experienced Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team in Las Vegas. You will meet clients on-site, capture field measurements, and craft dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design, while nurturing relationships with remodelers and design professionals.

You will guide customers through design options, follow up on quotes, and participate in ongoing training. The role is based in a brand-new showroom with strong growth potential and a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Solid math and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Energetic, dependable, and positive “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens and baths using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments).
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.
