Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks a Warehouse & Plumbing Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and plumbing activities while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead Supervisors, Plumbers, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensuring adherence to plumbing codes and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes Lean principles, strong leadership, and collaboration with project teams to optimize material flow and jobsite support.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices.
Experience supporting prefabrication or material staging for construction projects is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude with solid analytical and administrative skills.
Proficiency with modern technology including laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and plumbing-related activities.
Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance.
Plan and manage workflow, manpower, and goals to maintain efficiency.
Promote continuous improvement using Lean methods (5S, Kaizen, standardized work).
Oversee inventory processes and material flow with procurement and project teams.
Conduct regular safety meetings and support investigations and corrective actions.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff.
Maintain strong communication with leadership, PMs, and field teams.
