Qualifications

5–7 years of plumbing construction experience as a Foreman or Journeyman, or 1–3 years of experience as a Plumbing Superintendent.
Strong commercial or industrial plumbing construction experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Strong crew leadership and field-management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and project activities.
Solid knowledge of plumbing installation methods, materials, and construction practices.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise plumbing crews and subcontractors on active construction projects.
Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.
Monitor installation quality, productivity, and jobsite safety.
Plan upcoming work and coordinate manpower and material needs.
Identify and resolve field issues.
Participate in project meetings and provide field progress updates.
Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
