The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures productivity targets are met and maintains a safe, secure, and organized warehouse environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to optimize space utilization and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials.
  • Enforce safety and security policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
  • Monitor shipment tracking and resolve any delivery issues or delays promptly.
  • Coordinate regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Education & Certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role, preferably in the natural gas compression industry.
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unaided
  • Ability to travel to and from locations.
  • Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for handling materials.
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and occasional long or irregular hours.
