Job summary

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must meet company’s minimum driving standards.
  • Forklift certification (preferred).

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and supervise warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to safety practices.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee safe operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and material handling tools.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and logistics departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members to maintain high service quality.

General Job Description

The Plumbing Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warehouse operations, with a strong focus on plumbing materials. This role ensures timely receiving and processing of incoming materials, accurate order fulfillment, efficient packing and shipping, and maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.
