Responsibilities

Deliver classroom, laboratory, and hands-on instruction for plumbing training programs and workforce development initiatives.
Teach plumbing fundamentals, installation methods, safety procedures, code requirements, and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain lesson plans, instructional materials, practical exercises, and training documentation.
Evaluate trainee performance through testing, demonstrations, hands-on assessments, and classroom participation.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical support to trainees and developing field employees.
Maintain classroom, lab, and training equipment in safe, organized, and operational condition.
Coordinate with operations leadership and field personnel to align training objectives with workforce and operational needs.
