Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven leadership experience
• Strong knowledge in residential plumbing
• Ability to inspire and drive growth in team members

• Strong presentation and group communication skills
• Confident, decisive communicator in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
