Mr. Central is seeking a Plumbing Manager to lead our plumbing team and drive service excellence in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services sector in the United States. This role combines hands-on plumbing leadership with strategic oversight to boost customer value and profitability.

You will supervise plumbers, manage schedules and payroll, and foster a results-driven culture with emphasis on safety, training, and continuous improvement. Weekly pay and benefits included.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of Plumbing experience, 2 years minimum managing a plumbing team.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze data for trends, devise creative solutions, exercise independent judgment, and make appropriate decisions.

What You’ll Do:

What You Need:
