Plumbing Service Manager

Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager in Lake City FLto lead and grow our plumbing service operations. This role is responsible for driving performance, developing teams, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while supporting continued business growth across our South Florida markets.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching technicians, improving processes, and elevating service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plumbing service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistent customer satisfaction
• Coach, mentor, and develop Service Technicians and team leaders to improve performance and career growth
• Partner cross-functionally with dispatch, installation, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor key performance metrics and forecasted goals; take proactive action to meet or exceed targets
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely, professional, and long-term resolution
• Lead regular team meetings focused on performance, training, safety, and company initiatives
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management to team members
