Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing plumbing teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on team development.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with technology and service management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plumbing service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistent customer satisfaction.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Service Technicians and team leaders to improve performance and career growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with dispatch, installation, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor key performance metrics and forecasted goals; take proactive action to meet or exceed targets.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely, professional, and long-term resolution.
• Lead regular team meetings focused on performance, training, safety, and company initiatives.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management to team members.
• Promote and reinforce Snyder’s commitment to safety in all operations and training.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Snyder’s core values.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and team performance.
