Responsibilities

• Work closely with the service department to provide timely and accurate service following company standards and procedures.
• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems.
• Identify and communicate plumbing issues with customers.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job.
• Document work performed by following company procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.

Competitive compensation ranging from $75,000-100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation available through incentive program.
