Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience.
• At least 3 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on development.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with technology and service management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plumbing service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coach, mentor, and develop technicians and team leads to improve performance.
• Partner with dispatch, installation, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and forecast goals; take action to meet or exceed targets.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with timely, professional resolutions.
• Lead regular team meetings focused on performance, training, safety, and initiatives.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance management to team members.
• Promote Snyder’s safety commitment in all operations.
