Qualifications

• Read, write, and work from blueprints, schematics, and drawings of plumbing systems.
• Proficient in all aspects of plumbing repair and maintenance.
• Plan, assign, and supervise the work of junior tradesmen.
• Estimate time and materials required for projects.
• Able to operate safely and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing systems and devices in working order throughout the school system.
• Install and repair equipment and systems as needed.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and service plumbing components including fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and valves.
• Read meters and collect data, reporting findings as required.
• Lead crew when needed and assist in emergencies.
