Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required by Kentucky law.
• Two years of building and mechanical maintenance or operations experience.
• Preferably 2-3 years' experience in the residential/commercial plumbing trade.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled to skilled maintenance, repair and construction of District buildings and equipment in one or more trades.
• Assist journey-level trade workers and maintenance personnel with various tasks; work independently on simpler projects.
• Install, repair and replace locks and door hardware; inspect and maintain security hardware; perform preventive maintenance.
