Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances, in accordance with industry standards and local building codes
• Diagnose plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques, and provide accurate assessments and effective solutions
• Perform drain cleaning and use plumbing inspection cameras to identify and diagnose issues
• Inspect water systems and plumbing‑related HVAC components to identify potential issues or needed repairs
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to guide plumbing installations and repairs
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with customers, contractors, and team members
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other technicians to coordinate plumbing work within larger construction or maintenance projects
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job

Hutzel is a rapidly growing home services company specializing in HVAC and plumbing. We’re looking for a skilled, dependable, and customer-focused Plumbing Technician to join our team.

As a Plumbing Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. You’ll work on a variety of jobs, from drain cleaning and remodeling to new installations and plumbing inspections, while making sure our work meets local building codes and safety standards.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, solving problems, and providing great service to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, use specialized tools and technology, and continue building your skills as part of a growing team.
