Kotz Heating and Air in Waterford, MI, is seeking a Service Plumber to handle residential service and installation plumbing. The role offers steady year-round hours, paid training, and room for growth within HVAC or plumbing tracks.

Earn $30.00–$45.00 per hour with bonus potential. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, holidays, vacation, sick leave, life insurance, and a company vehicle. Candidates must pass background checks and a drug test.

Formación

• 4+ years' experience in residential plumbing.
• Journeyman license or ready to take Journeyman plumbing license.
• Experience training and supervise others.
• Ability to handle the physical workload and perform physical labor for extended periods of time.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Willing to work in all types of weather.
• Current valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Responsabilidades

• Residential Service and Installation plumbing.
• Responsible for the major installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems.
• Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment.
• Routine maintenance, service, and repair work or performed independently.
• Using plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels and screwdrivers.
• Training/supervising apprentices.
• Consulting with customers and giving solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company

Job Title: Service Plumber

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm

Pay Range: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing
